DATE SCHEDULE AND RESERVATION

After offering the voucher, an appointment must be made with the person to whom the voucher was offered.

PAYMENT

Vouchers are paid in full at the time of purchase, and payment plans may, exceptionally, be combined. No value will be disclosed to the person who will receive your offer. You can also choose to pay part of the amount, leaving the rest to the person who receives the offer.

After the initially agreed schedule, rescheduling may be considered, after agreement with the studio, and subject to the availability of its schedule.

On the day of the session, before the start of the session, the contract for the provision of photographic services, previously sent, will be signed by both parties. DATE SCHEDULE AND RESERVATION

Upon receipt of the reservation request form, a date for the session will be agreed by email or message, according to availability.

Once the down payment is made, after 3 days, the dates are released, and the process will have to be repeated.

PAYMENT

When booking the session, a deposit of €100 must be paid (Reservation Confirmation), the remaining payment will be paid on the day of the photo session.

If you have hired make-up services, the amount will have to be paid at the time of the award.

In exceptional cases, payment plans are available, more information on request.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

AFTER THE SESSION - DELIVERY

After the session, Rute Raposo will make a pre-selection of photographs for the clients to choose from (proofs, images without final treatment).

This choice will be made through an online meeting via the zoom platform, or in person (in case of non-attendance to the meeting (virtual or in person), scheduling a new meeting has a cost of €35.

After choosing, the chosen photographs will be edited and delivered to the client (according to the chosen modality), all the remaining photographs will be eliminated.

There is the option for customers to purchase additional photographs to their previously purchased pack, for an additional fee.

Photos not selected by the client (edited or unedited) are not delivered.

No image or printed product will be delivered to the customer until all payments are settled.

DEADLINES

The evidence of your session will be made available, on average, 2 to 3 weeks after your session (in case of a large volume of work, this period may have to be extended).

The final digital photographs will be delivered within an average period of 3 - 4 weeks after selection of the final photographs by the client.

The editing process will only start after payment of all outstanding amounts (including additional photographs).
