MARKING AND DATE RESERVATION

Upon receipt of the booking request form, a session date will be agreed by email or message, according to availability.

SIGN AND PAYMENT

When booking the session, a down payment of 100 € (Reservation Confirmation) must be made, the remaining payment will be paid on the day of the photo session.

In exceptional cases, there are payment plans available, more information on request.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

RESCHEDULING | CANCELLATIONS

After the schedule initially agreed, the rescheduling may be considered, after agreement with the studio, and subject to availability of the same schedule.

CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND COPYRIGHT

On the day of the session, before the start of the session, the contract for the provision of photographic service, previously sent, will be signed by both parties.

If there is an objection to the sharing of images, it should be mentioned and reinforced before the beginning of the session. During the session, photos and videos can be taken.

AFTER THE SESSION - DELIVERY

After the session, Rute Raposo Photography will pre-select the photographs for customers to choose from (proof, images without final treatment).

This choice will be made through an online meeting via the zoom platform, or in person (in case you do not attend the meeting (virtual or in person), booking a new meeting costs €35.

After choosing, the chosen photographs will be edited and delivered to the client (according to the chosen modality), all the remaining photographs will be eliminated.

There is the option for customers to purchase additional photographs to their previously purchased pack, for an additional fee.

Photographs not selected by the customer (edited or unedited) are not delivered.

No images or printed products will be delivered to the customer until all payments are settled.

DEADLINES

Your session's evidence will be made available on average 3 - 4 weeks after your session (in case of high workload, this period may have to be extended).

Final digital photographs will be delivered within an average period of 3 - 4 weeks after the client has selected the final photographs.

The editing process will only start after payment of all the missing amounts (including additional photographs).
